Why the heck do we need another book on computer hardware?
There are a lot of them out there, that's for sure. Some of them are too basic, assuming you must be a dummy to be able to to understand them. Others assume that you're a trained professional that has been working in the field. Worst of all, 99.9999999% of them are BORING!!! Mr. Graves' wry and sometimes sardonic sense of humor rears its head on practically every page, yet he maintains the professionalism needed to maintain credibility. You'll learn more from this book for two reasons. First off there's more in the pages for you to learn. And secondly, you won't fall asleep halfway through the first page.

Who is Michael Graves?
Mr. Graves is already responsibly for helping hundreds of people pursue their dream of working in the IT industry. At The Essex Technical Center, his inimitable style motivated high school students toward a challenging career. As a contract instructor, he maintains a steady schedule of A+ and Network+ classes. Among his own certifcations are A+, Net+, INet+, ACT and CCNA.
